Now what it advertises  
This product does not reposition the jaw as it advertises. It is nothing more than an athletic mouth guard. The snore wizard (not this mouthpiece) actually repositions the jaw pulling the lower jaw forward. I am truly disappointed and am returning this mouthpiece unopened because it is not what it advertises. If you think that simply holding the mouth open is jaw repositioning then you are wrong and misleading people. Highly disappointed and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Save the money go to Wal-mart and buy a soccer or other athletic mouthpiece. Youll get the same thing. : 2010-09-18 08:41:59

Too big and uncomfortable.  
I received this last week and went through the molding process twice to get the right fit. The molding is like having a 411" person put on a XXL t-shirt and pour water on them. Sure the shirt contours to the body but in no way does the shirt fit. I couldnt stand the size of the thing even after giving it a several night trial. It aligned my jaw in such a way that it would click and pop terribly in the morning. I tried this to help me stop snoring but instead I rolled around at night wishing I could rip the device out of my mouth. I dont know if it stopped my snoring because I couldnt sleep. : 2010-09-16 03:55:50

New Purchaser/Teeth Grinder  
Three-to-four weeks out from my first use the Snore-Ex was very easy to mold to my teeth using the clear instructions provided. So far my wife says Ive been silent while sleeping and using Snore-Ex after many years of awakening her with my loud snoring/noisy breathing and her having to force me to roll over. Its soft plastic is pretty comfortable but talking while using it is obviously a challenge mostly impossible (its a one-piece mouthpiece covering upper and lower teeth. No problem just insert when your head hits the pillow to sleep.)

Ive occasionally found I have spit it out or have taken it out of my mouth in my sleep finding it on the pillow in the morning but only rarely. And thats "not on the product" but is "on me." My only hesitance in giving it "five stars" is this: as a long-term teeth-grinder (with a dentist-produced mouthpiece for that problem) I cant know yet how long Snore-Ex will last before my nighttime teeth grinding might chew through its soft plast : 2010-09-15 05:08:05

2 Month Review  
This works. The first few days I used it I can tell something was different. It took about a week before my energy level was 100% better. After years and years of going without a decent night of sleep it took about a week worth of good sleep to catch up. When I dont use it for 1 night it takes about 2-3 nights to catch up again. I lost about 20 years of my life just running at 1/2 my potential. I can now go an entire day without dozing off. Even borning meetings I can stay 100% alert. After 2 months it appears to have loosened up. I now get head aches and I am slightly tired. My jaw doesnt stick out as much when I wake up in the morning thus I suspect it has loosed up.
